As part of our Receivership Continuous Improvement Plan, one of our key indicators focuses on strengthening and fully implementing the Community School Model at Dr. Iris J. Banister School 33. A new strategy to advance this work is the development of a comprehensive Community School Staff and Partnerships Directory. This directory will centralize information about school-based staff, community partners, services, and referral processes to ensure consistent access to integrated student supports.

By formalizing and documenting these partnerships, we strengthen sustainability, improve collaboration, and increase staff capacity to effectively connect students and families to needed resources.
