New York State Department of Education Family Survey
The following student survey is organized around three schoolwide structures that are part of the School Comprehensive Education Plan (SCEP):

3. Attendance
As part of our Eagle’s Nest Campaign, we are asking families to complete a short survey, provided by NYSED, about your experience with our school. Your feedback about learning, student support, and attendance will help guide our school improvement efforts. The survey is confidential and only takes a few minutes to complete.
